You can include a convenience fee that gets added to an order during the checkout process. This can be used to compensate for credit card processing fees that are applied to online registrations. Unlike the surcharge tool, the convenience fee is added only if users pay with a credit card, PayPal, or electronic checks.
Where do I find this feature?
Step 1: Log in to your Jumbula Admin Dashboard
Step 2: Click on Settings –>Checkout –> Additional charges
Step 3: Finally, you can manually add the name of the fee as you would want your users to see it in their receipt. You can also add text that would show up at the checkout cart.
Below is an example of what registrants see at the cart level when there is a convenience fee added.
