Our Attendance mobile app has an integrated email communications feature that allows instructors to send emails to all or individual participants. As the admin, you can now determine who receives the reply message to these emails and who receives a copy of these emails. See below instructions to learn more:
Step 1: Go to your dashboard and click on "Settings" then "Mobile app".
Step 2: Click on "Email communications".
Step 3: Now you see configuration options and you can define your preferences and click on "Save".
Note: Depending on your preference you might want to allow instructors to have open communications so they can send and receive email replies or you might prefer to only allow messages going out but any direct replies will go directly to the admin username/email.
