Once an online registration is completed along with it's a corresponding registration form, you as the administrator or the participant will be able to make edits to the completed form. As the administrator, you can disable the edit feature so that you can only perform such modifications. See below instructions to learn more.
Step 1: First you need to reach the order so you can edit the completed online registration form. You can do this by going to your “Home” icon and on your main panel you can run a search by confirmation number, name, or email. You can also go to the season then click on “programs & orders” and then search for the needed order.
Once you find the order go to the “Actions” menu and click on “View detail”, see the sample below.
Step 2: Once you are on “view detail”, scroll down and in the “Registration form” section hover over the “Actions” menu and click on the “Edit” option to update the online form.
Enable the family edit option
Go to “Settings” → “Checkout”, scroll down and in the “Miscellaneous” section, select the option “Allow users to edit registration form data” and click “Save”.
