How can I cancel a registration?

You can use the cancellation feature to cancel an enrollment immediately or schedule it for the future, assess a cancellation fee, and generate a balance that can be refunded to the user.

Follow the instructions below:

  • Go to the Admin Dashboard > Seasons > Your desired season 
  • Use the search filter to find the registration you want to cancel
  • Hover over the ... button in the Actions column
  • Click View detail

Note: This instruction is not applicable to before/after care program.


  • Click on the pencil icon at the top of the page



  • Click Cancel entire order button

 

At the bottom of the page, there are 3 options to move the cancellation process forward:

  1. Cancel now: This option is the default method of cancellation, which helps you to cancel your specific program at the same time, without any scheduling for the future.

  2. Cancel in future: This option allows you to schedule the cancellation process for a specific date. In order to use this feature, you must choose a specific date from the Cancellation date dropdown box.

  3. Cancel and refund in future:  This option allows you to schedule the cancellation and refund simultaneously on a specific date.  In order to use this feature, you must choose a specific date from the Cancellation date dropdawn box and select the refund method from the Refund option section.

  • Select your specific cancellation process option and fill out their mandatory fields.
  • Enter the amount for the Cancellation fee or leave it blank if you don't want to charge the user.
  • Enter an amount for the Prorate fee or leave it blank if you want to return all the fees (less the cancellation fee) back to the user.

  • Click Continue
  • If you want, you can check the Send confirmation email to parent box to send a cancellation email to the user
  • Click Submit
