How can I disable the payment confirmation email for "Take a payment" functionality?

When an admin uses the "Take a payment" tool within the admin dashboard or the user makes payment within the family dashboard, the admin will receive the payment confirmation email by default, however, this option can be disabled.

Follow the instructions below

  • Go to Jumbula Dashboard > Settings > Policies > Email to admin
  • Scroll down to see the Taking a payment and Payments for manual installments section

  • Uncheck the option you want to disable.
