How can I edit a registration?

You can use the edit feature to add a discount, adjust the tuition or update any other information about an enrollment.

Follow the instructions below:

  • Go to the Admin Dashboard > Season > your desired season 
  • Use the search filter to find the registration you want to edit
  • Hover over the ... button in the Actions column
  • Click View detail

For a camp/class program:
  • Click on the Edit/Cancel icon at the top of the page

On this page, there are several items that can be edited or added:
  • To edit an item, click on the Manually adjust button
  • To add an item, click on the Add button

At the bottom of this page: 

  • Enter the amount for the Edit fee or leave it blank if you don't want to charge the user
  • In the Memo box, you can write an optional note. This note will not be visible to the users, and you can see it on the order history page.
  • Click Continue

  • Edit or add new installments for the registration, otherwise, click Continue

  • If you want, you can check the Send confirmation email to parent box to send the latest edits in an email to your user
  • Click Submit

For a Before/After Care program:

  • Go to the Admin Dashboard > Season > your desired season 
  • Use the search filter to find the registration you want to edit
  • Hover over the ... button in the Actions column
  • Click View detail

  • Choose the specific option that you want to edit
    • The Tuition price
    • The Services, fees and discounts

To edit the Tuition price:

  • In the first field hover over the ... button in the Actions column 
  • Click Edit
  • Adjust the amount and click Save
  • Click Auto adjust amounts to divide the price difference among the installments
  • In the Memo box, you can write an optional note. This note will not be visible to the users, and you can see it on the order history page.
  • Click Continue

  • Click Submit

To edit the Services, fees, and discounts:

  • Hover over the ... button in the Actions column of the item that you want to edit or add 
  • Choose your desired action
  • Click Save
  • In the Memo box, you can write an optional note. This note will not be visible to the users, and you can see it on the order history page.
  • Click Continue

Note: The installments will be updated automatically based on your changes.
