How can I review draft (abandoned) enrollments?

Draft enrollments are the registrations that users initiate but do not complete them. It is a good practice to monitor the draft enrollment to spot registration-flow issues. You can reach out to such users and ask them to complete their orders.

Viewing draft enrollments for a program

  • Go to the Admin Dashboard > Seasons 
  • Choose the desired season > Programs and orders
  • You can use the search filter to find your desired program 
  • Click on the program name in the Name column

After you click on the program name, you will be directed to the program detailed page which is shown below.

  • From the Status section, check the Draft box
  • Click Search

You can see the draft enrollments with an orange Draft tag in the search result.

To Complete or delete the draft enrollments: 

  • Hover over the ... button in the Actions column
  • Select the desired action: Complete the order or Delete

  • Go to the Admin Dashboard > People > Families 
  • Use the search filter to find your desired family 
  • Hover over the ... button in the Actions column
  • Click Orders

 

After you click on Orders, you will be directed to the registrant detailed page which is shown below.

  • From the Status section, check the Draft box
  • Click Search

To Complete or delete the draft enrollments: 

  • Hover over the ... button in the Actions column
  • Select the desired action: Complete the order or Delete

Viewing draft enrollments from reports

  • Go to the Admin Dashboard > Seasons > Choose the desired season
  • Select Reports > Capacities and waitlists > Draft orders

  • Use the Program dropdown box to select the program that you want to view its draft enrollments
  • Click View
