ActivityHero Marketplace Integration Overview
Using ActivityHero through your Jumbula dashboard makes your programs more visible to parents searching for classes, camps, and workshops. This helps you reach more potential participants and can lead to more enrollments. ActivityHero is a platform that connects you with a large audience of parents looking for educational activities for their children, helping you promote your offerings more effectively.

What is ActivityHero?
ActivityHero is a platform that facilitates connections between program operators and parents looking to enroll their children in educational and recreational activities. It simplifies listing and promoting various programs, making it easier for you to attract attendees and fill your sessions quickly.
Follow the instructions below to use the ActivityHero integration:
- Log into your Jumbula Admin Dashboard
- Navigate to Toolbox > Integrations
- Click on ActivityHero to access the integration page
- On the ActivityHero integration page, click the plus icon (+) located on the right-hand side to add a new program
- Enter the name of your program in the Activity Name field.
Note: Avoid including dates or years in the name. This ensures that your program is easier to find in search results.
- Use the Season dropdown menu to pick the season your program belongs to (e.g., Fall Season).
- Select the type of program you are adding. The program options include:
Class
Camp
Before & After Care
Seminar & Tour
Scheduling
Subscription
After selecting the program type, you’ll have two options:
All Programs: Choose this option if you want to include all programs of this type (e.g., all classes or all camps).
Specific Programs: Choose this option if you want to include only selected programs. A list will appear where you can pick specific programs (e.g., "Beginner Art" or "Math for Kids").
Note: Each time you set up a program, you can only choose one program type.
- Choose at least one category that best fits your program
- Write an overview of your program in the Activity Description field
- Include 2-3 paragraphs highlighting what your program offers and what participants can expect
Important: Do not include URLs, links, or contact information in this section. - Upload a high-quality image that represents your program
- Click Choose Image to upload your image
Important You can only add up to 5 activities.
- Click Save & Continue to finalize your program setup
Note: If you are new to ActivityHero, it may take a few days to set up your account and submit your program. Once the setup is complete, your program will be fully submitted to ActivityHero.
