Class confirmation and cancellation email

Overview

The Class Scheduling Email feature lets you easily send emails to the entire group of users who have registered for a specific program. The email consists of two types:
  1. Confirmation Email: This email informs all the participants that the class is on schedule and they need to attend the sessions. thusers to greet them or inform them about timely class sessions.
  2. Cancellation Email: By This email informs the participants that the class has been cancelled. 

Follow the instructions below to send the confirmation email

  1. Go to the Admin Dashboard > Seasons > Your desired season
  2. Find the program that you want to send confirmation email to it's participants 
  3. Hover over the ... in the Actions column 
  4. Choose Class schedule email > Confirmation email
Note: If the program has valid orders, you can send the confirmation or cancellation email without any issues.



Check the recipients list and enter the desired sending email information.
  1. Check your email Recipients
  2. Fill out the Sender section fields


  1. Enter your specific Subject > Enter the desired Email body
  2. If needed, you can add the desired file as an attachment to your email
  3. Click on Send
Note: If you want to make sure that the email is sent correctly or if you want to check the content that the user receives, you can click on the Send test email button.





Note: You can send the cancellation email following the same instructions provided for sending the confirmation email. However, instead of selecting Confirmation email, you should choose Cancellation email.
