Overview

As part of your online registration setup options, you will be able to create discounts within each of your seasons. Discounts get triggered automatically depending on your setup criteria. You will be able to create discounts such as sibling discounts, multi-program discounts, or custom discounts.  You have several different setup options to meet your required needs. Check the below training video to learn more.

Note: As we are continuously working on new features and enhancing the Jumbula platform, we have added a new option (Discount mode) for the Discount section.

Previously, by default, all types of discounts were applied at the season level and tracked the history of activity in the season to determine if a discount should be applied. Now, we have added two options to the discount setup page which allow you to choose if a discount should be applied per season, or per registration.

Per Season mode: In the new update of Jumbula dashboard, our system checks all the registrations both completed and the new ones in the cart to check if the discount is applicable or not.

Per Registration mode: In this mode, our platform only checks the registrations in the cart (it does not consider the completed ones) to see if the discount is applicable or not.

The Discount mode is already available on Multi person, Multi program, Multi schedule(for camps), and General discount.
