Tracking contributions is essential for organizations that accept philanthropic support alongside their program registrations. Jumbula provides a dedicated Donation Report that allows you to monitor all incoming donations within a specific timeframe. This report provides a clear view of individual contributions and calculates your total funds raised, helping you stay organized.
Who is involved?
Admins: Use this report to reconcile accounts and track the success of fundraising efforts.
Description of steps
Log in to your Admin Dashboard. Then go to Reports > Finance > Donation.
Enter a Start date and an End date to specify the period you wish to review (e.g., a specific month or the entire fiscal year).
Click the Filter data button to generate the report. The system will display a list of all donations received during that window.
Total Amount: The cumulative total of all filtered donations will automatically appear at the top of the page for quick reference.
If you need to process this data in another software or share it with your accounting team, click the Export to Excel button.
The report will be downloaded as a spreadsheet containing all the details visible on your dashboard.
