How can families use their account credit?
Overview
Family credit allows families to use any available balance in their account to pay for registrations during checkout. If a family has credit—such as refunds, transferred balances, or other adjustments—it can be applied toward the total amount due.
Who is involved
Admins: enable the family credit feature so families can use their available credit.
Families: then apply their credit when making a payment.
Description of steps
Setting up the family credit feature
Navigate to Classic admin dashboard > Settings > Checkout. Scroll down to see this checkbox: Allow users to apply the credit in the family credit account when registering.
Click Save.
Using the Family credit
When families follow the steps to register for a program, they can apply their family credit in the cart during the final step before payment.
