The Conditional Forms feature allows you to create customized registration forms that adjust based on user selections. This ensures that registrants only see fields relevant to them, improving the registration experience while making data collection more efficient.
With Conditional Forms, you can set up forms to display or hide specific fields based on responses. For example, if a parent selects “Yes” for extended care, a time selection field will appear. If a parent selects "Bus rider" under "Standard dismissal," a new field appears asking them to select their child's bus number. If they choose "Bus not listed," an additional text field appears for them to manually enter the bus number or name. This helps simplify the registration process and ensures you collect the necessary information without overwhelming users with unnecessary questions.
Go to the Admin Dashboard > Toolbox > Forms
Choose the type of form you want to manage (Registration forms or Follow up forms)

Note: You can apply conditionals to both predefined items and new items in your forms. For Example:
- If you are creating a Teacher Name dropdown, list all available teachers and include “Teacher not listed”.
- If you are creating a Bus Number dropdown, add all available buses (e.g., 012 Yellow, 023 White) and include “Bus not listed”
For Example:
- If the Teacher Name field is set to “Teacher not listed”, a text box appears for users to enter the teacher’s name.
- If the Bus Number field is set to “Bus not listed”, a text box appears for parents to type the bus number.
