How can I change the currency from US dollars (USD) to Canadian dollars (CAD)?

By default, our system is set to collect payments in US dollars. You have the option to change this to Canadian Dollars if needed, to do so follow the below steps.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Payment Methods
  3. Under the Currency section, click on the drop-down menu and change to Canadian Dollars

You might also want to change your online forms to Canada address format. To do this go to your program and edit your registration form. You will have an edit icon in the address section, here you can change the address type to Canada address. See sample screenshot below.
