How can I create a note on a user's profile or upload an image?
You can create a note or upload images for a user for internal use or external communication.
Follow the instructions below
- Go to the Admin Dashboard > People > Participants
- Find the desired participant from the List
- Hover over the ... button
- Select the Add more information option
You can add a note and upload images from there. - Tick the Display the note to the user checkbox if you want the participant to see the note
Note: Images cannot be displayed to users.- Click Submit
Where users will see the note?
Users can see the notes in their Family Dashboard:
- Select Home from the top navigation bar
- Click on the Note icon
Note: It is not possible to add more than one note to a user profile.
