How can I edit a registration?
You can use the edit feature to add a discount, adjust the tuition or update any other information about an enrollment.
Follow the instructions below:
- Go to the Admin Dashboard > Season > your desired season
- Use the search filter to find the registration you want to edit
- Hover over the ... button in the Actions column
- Click View detail
For a camp/class program:
- Click on the Edit/Cancel icon at the top of the page
On this page, there are several items that can be edited or added:
- To edit an item, click on the Manually adjust button
- To add an item, click on the Add button
At the bottom of this page:
- Enter the amount for the Edit fee or leave it blank if you don't want to charge the user
- In the Memo box, you can write an optional note. This note will not be visible to the users, and you can see it on the order history page.
- Click Continue
- Edit or add new installments for the registration, otherwise, click Continue
- If you want, you can check the Send confirmation email to parent box to send the latest edits in an email to your user
- Click Submit
For a Before/After Care program:
- Go to the Admin Dashboard > Season > your desired season
- Use the search filter to find the registration you want to edit
- Hover over the ... button in the Actions column
- Click View detail
- Click on the Edit icon at the top of the page
To edit the Tuition price:
- In the first field hover over the ... button in the Actions column
- Click Edit
- Adjust the amount and click Save
- Click Auto adjust amounts to divide the price difference among the installments
- In the Memo box, you can write an optional note. This note will not be visible to the users, and you can see it on the order history page.
- Click Continue
- If you want, you can check the Send confirmation email box to send the latest edits in an email to your user
- Click Submit
To edit the Services, fees, and discounts:
- Hover over the ... button in the Actions column of the item that you want to edit or add
- Choose your desired action
- Click Save
- In the Memo box, you can write an optional note. This note will not be visible to the users, and you can see it on the order history page.
- Click Continue
Note: The installments will be updated automatically based on your changes.
- If you want, you can check the Send confirmation email box to send the latest edits in an email to your user
- Click Submit
