How can I send reminders for manual payments for each family?
We have added a new feature that allows you to send one installment reminder for all the family members. With this new enhancement, a family can pay at the same time for all installments that are due for a day, instead of each child one at a time.
Follow the instructions below
- Go to Jumbula dashboard > Settings > Policies > Manual payments
- Select Per family option
- Click Save
Below is an example of what parents receive in their email:
