How can I specify the Reply to, Cc and Bcc email addresses in the email campaigns?
You can configure the behavior of email campaigns and designate the email address that the replied-to emails should be sent to.
Specify the Reply to, Cc and Bcc email addresses while setting up a campaign
You determine the desired email address in the Content step:
- Scroll the Content page down to find the Sender section
- Determine a reply email address in the Reply to section
Here you have two options:
- Enter email option
You can enter the desired email address in the blank section Select from listbox option
This section is linked to the Staff icon in your Dashboard. You can choose one of your staff's email addresses from the dropdown.
In the Sender section, you can specify the Cc and Bcc email addresses in the same way as the Reply to email address.
Note: If you want your user to send replies to your campaigns, enter a valid email address in the Reply to field.
Specify the Reply to, Cc and Bcc email addresses in the setting
- Go to Jumbula Dashboard > Campaign > Setting
- Enter the desired email address in the Reply to section
Here you can also enter Cc or Bcc email addresses if needed. - Click Save
Once you designated email addresses as the reply to, Cc and Bcc email addresses in the setting, corresponding sections in the campaign setup wizard will be filled automatically.
