How do I assist a parent in re-subscribing to email campaigns after they had unsubscribed?

To assist with resubscribing a parent for campaign emails, you need to follow specific steps from the admin side and inform the user about the necessary actions they should take. Here's a guide on how to proceed:
Admin Steps:

⦁ Go to Admin Dashboard > Campaign
⦁ Choose Suppressions > Unsubscribes
⦁ Hover over the in the Action column
⦁ Click Remove



User Steps:
⦁ Check Latest Email: Inform the parent to check their email inbox for the latest campaign email from your organization
⦁ Locate Unsubscribe Link: In the email, they should look for an option that says "To unsubscribe" or something similar. This link is usually located at the bottom of the email
⦁ Click on Resubscribe Button: In the unsubscribe section of the email, the parent needs to click on the "Resubscribe" button or link. By doing so, they will express their interest in receiving campaign emails once again
