How can I stop automatic installment payments?
Overview
You can use the Stop Payment function to temporarily or permanently stop automatic installment payments on any particular order. You can always resume payments when needed.
Where do I find this feature?
Select an order and click on the "View details" option. Next to the installment section, click on "Action" and select "Stop payments". This feature works for installments that are set on "Autocharge".
You can follow these same steps to resume payments. When you click on "Actions" you will see a "Resume Payment" option. It is important to note that the system will automatically attempt to collect any past due payments when you resume. Make sure to edit any past installments if needed before resuming.
