How to Enable ACH Payments on Stripe for Your Jumbula Payments?

What is an ACH Payment?
An ACH payment is a type of electronic bank-to-bank transfer made through the ACH network. It’s commonly used for direct deposits (e.g., payroll) and recurring bill payments (e.g., tuition or subscription fees).

When you enable ACH payments, funds are transferred directly from your customer’s bank account to your organization’s bank account. This method is secure and often has lower fees compared to credit cards, making it a cost-effective option for processing payments like course fees, program registrations, or recurring tuition.

How Does It Work?
  1. The ACH network processes payments in batches multiple times a day.
  2. Depending on the timing of the transaction, payments can be settled the same day, next day, or within two business days.

Why Use ACH Payments?
  1. Convenient: Automates the payment process, reducing manual effort.
  2. Cost-Effective: ACH payments typically incur lower transaction fees than credit cards.
  3. Reliable: Suitable for both one-time payments and recurring payments like program fees.
