Attendance report

How to run attendance reports?

Overview
The student attendance report helps you track student attendance across classes, programs, or sessions over a specified time period.

Before you begin:
  1. You need an Admin role or a role with reporting permissions.
  1. Setup and access are available through the Admin Dashboard.
For more information about roles, visit Staff Management.

Choosing the right report

Each report type is designed for a specific use case:

Best for a high-level overview across multiple seasons or programs.

  • Roster by Season
Best for detailed attendance tracking within a single program, with filtering options.

  • Summary Report by Program
Best for quickly reviewing attendance trends for a single program over a specified period.

  • Attendance Sheet
Best when you need detailed participant information alongside attendance data.
