How to set up coupons?
Overview
As part of your online registration setup, you can create coupons to offer incentives and discounts. Coupons can be configured as either a fixed amount or a percentage discount. You can upload coupons in bulk or create new ones directly in the dashboard.
Who is involved
Admins: create and offer coupons.
Families: Use the coupons when registering for an activity.
Before you begin
✅ Setup is done in the NG (Next generation) admin dashboard.
✅ Requires admin-level access.
Creating Coupons
To create a new coupon, navigate to the NG Dashboard > Marketing > Coupons. Click Create coupon:
Enter a name and code for the coupon, then set the discount amount (fixed or percentage). Assign the coupon to the desired programs, set the usage restrictions and the validity period. Click Submit.
Uploading Coupons
If you already have coupons and want to upload one or more to the dashboard, click Upload Coupons next to the Create coupon button.
Download the provided Excel template, enter your coupon details according to the template, and upload the file back to the system. Then assign the coupons and set other applicable settings. Click Submit when finished.
