How to place a test registration?
Overview
You can perform a test registration to see how the registration process works from a participant’s view. This helps you check that your forms, pricing, and settings are working correctly before going live with the registration.
Before You Begin
✅ Admin role or role with permission.
✅ Setup is done in the Classic Admin dashboard.
✅ You should have at least one season in test mode and one program.

Instructions
Go to Seasons > Your Season name > Programs and enrollments. Hover over the action menu and select Place test registration.
Step 1 — Choosing Schedule, Tuition, and Extra Services
You’re now on the test registration page, which is the same page your participants will use. Fill out the fields as if you were an actual participant and add any extra services if your program offers them. Click on Continue.
Your participants will land on this page and complete the registration form assigned to the program. If you’ve already created the participant, select their name from the list below. If not, create a new participant from scratch. Fill out the form and click Continue to proceed.
Step 3 — Review and Submit
Review your information to make sure everything is set up as you want.
If you want to test coupons, donations, or other options, complete this section. When you’re finished, click Submit Registration.
Click Show Enrollments to be redirected to your enrollments page, where you can review your test order.
