Overview
As you receive enrollments and collect waivers from participants, you can run a Waivers report to track waiver-related information across your programs. This report helps you review waiver statuses, search for specific participants, and export or share the data as needed.
Who is involved
- Admins and staff with access to the Admin dashboard
- Organizations managing programs that require participant waivers
Description of steps
Access the waivers report
Go to Admin dashboard > Seasons > Desired season > Reports > Registration data > Waiver forms.
Run the report
On the Waivers report page, choose whether to run the report for:
- All programs
- Selected programs
If you choose Selected programs, use the dropdown to select specific programs.
Click the Run button.
Review the results
Scroll down to view the report. By default, the report displays participants from all tuitions with:
- Completed registrations
- Any waiver status
Apply filters (Optional)
To narrow down the results, use filter options such as:
- Tuition
- Registration start date
- Registration status
- Other available filters
Click Filter data
Scroll down to view the updated report. Use the search box to find a specific participant.
Export or share the report
You can export the report by clicking the Excel icon, share it with staff using the Share icon, or email it to participants using the Email icon.
