Once you have taken online registrations you might need to transfer participants from one program to another. You will be able to do this from your admin dashboard with a few steps. See below to learn more.
Step 1: Go to your order details and click on the Transfer icon located on the top right hand side. If you you go directly to Programs and Order you will also have the option to select the Transfer option from the actions menu.

Step 2: Once you are in the Transfer screen you will go down to the “Target program” section, this is where you will select the program you are transferring the participant to. You will have a couple of options here:
- You will click on the Tuition Label the applies to the new program
- You can add a transfer fee
- You can add a memo note

Step 3: After filling out the required information and continuing you will reach the confirmation screen. Here you will see a summary of the transfer request and you will have the option to send a confirmation email out to the participant. Once you click “Submit” the action is completed.

Note: Depending on the scenario, you will then be able to apply a refund or send an invoice if the program you transferred to is not of an equal amount.
