Our new waitlist feature enhancement will allow you to move a registration from the waitlist directly into a program. If you have waitlisted orders and a spot opens up you can now automatically move orders from that waitlist to your program. Registrants then just simply need to proceed with payment. See the below instructions for more details on how to use this feature.
How do I activate a Waitlist?
Step 1: The waitlist option is activated by checking the “Enable waitlist” box on the first step when setting up a program. After checking the box you will be able to add text under “Waitlist policy”.
Step 2: The next and final step is setting a capacity limit on the second step of the program setup.
A Waitlist button will be displayed instead of a regular Register button once the capacity is reached.
What do registrants see?
Registrants would follow the regular registration flow to add the order to their cart. Once in the cart, they will see a label to let them know their order is now on the waitlist.
NOTE: There will be no payment option at this point.
How do I see waitlisted orders?
Go to your Season -> Programs and Orders -> then click on the three dots next to the program to see the actions menu, finally click on Waitlist.
