How to cancel plan

How to cancel or pause my subscription?

Overview

You can pause or cancel your Jumbula plan at any time. Follow the steps below to manage your subscription and learn the differences between pausing and canceling your plan.

Who’s Involved

Admins: Can cancel or pause a plan.

Before You Begin

✅ Requires Admin role
✅ Setup is done in the NG (Next Generation) Admin dashboard.

Instructions

You can cancel your plan at any time. To do this, go to the NG Dashboard > Settings > Account Manager. There, you’ll find details about your current plan and account, including your active subscriptions, any add-ons you’ve purchased, additional add-ons available for purchase, and invoices for your past or upcoming payments.

What is the difference between pausing and canceling a plan?

Pausing a plan temporarily reduces your subscription activity while keeping your account active. You’ll still be charged a smaller fee during the pause period. While paused, you can access your dashboard, but registrations will be disabled until you resume your plan.
Canceling a plan permanently ends your subscription. Once canceled, you’ll lose access to your dashboard, and after one month, all your data will be deleted. In short, pausing keeps your account partially active with limited functionality, while canceling completely closes it.

Pausing your plan

You can also pause your plan. This option allows you to temporarily freeze your subscription for a maximum period of 6 months at $5 per month, preserving your remaining plan period and preventing any unused time or money from being lost.
Click the Pause button, as shown in the screenshot below, to pause your plan.

After that, a pop-up will appear, allowing you to choose the period of time you want to pause your plan. When ready, click Pause my account.

Canceling your plan

You can cancel your plan if you’re certain about your decision. To do this, click Cancel as shown in the screenshot below.

A pop-up will appear asking for a reason. Once submitted, your plan will be successfully canceled, and you will no longer have access to Jumbula’s features.
