Managing participants by date in the Mobile App (old app)

Participants of before/after care or camp programs may differ from one day to another. Therefore, Jumbula Mobile App enables you to view rosters and take student attendance accordingly to a particular date.
Note: This article is for the previous app which can still be installed but will no longer be receiving any updates. We highly encourage you to install and use the new app and read the article here.

Follow the instructions below

  • Sign in as an admin or instructor to Jumbula Mobile App
  • Click on the desired before/aftercare or camp program You see the name of the program and the date at top of the page. The date is automatically set as the current date. You can take student attendance, record dismissal information, and view rosters and reports related to that date.

To change the date:

  • Click on the Action icon (?)
  • Select Calendar from the dropdown
  • Choose the desired date from the calendar
