How to configure the program list widget on the Jumbula homesite?

Overview

This article provides instructions on how to configure and customize the registration page on your web site. By using the drag-and-drop editor, you can organize your programs into a structured list, customize call-to-action buttons, and provide specific instructions for families to ensure a smooth registration experience.

Before you begin

✅ Requires Admin-level or roles with permission to configure homesite.

✅ You should have Seasons and Programs created within the dashboard.

Description of steps

1. Access the homesite editor

  1. Navigate to Classic Admin Dashboard > Settings > Jumbula home site > Edit site.


2. Add the Program List Container

The Program List widget acts as a container for displaying activities.
  1. Locate the Program List widget in the left-hand panel.
  1. Drag and drop the widget onto your page.
  1. A container will appear in the workspace, indicating where programs will be displayed.


3. Populate and customize programs

Once the container is in place, you can add programs and customize their details. Drag the Program widget from the panel and drop it inside the Program List container. In the pop-up window, select the Seasons and Programs you want to display.
Click Save.


Additional Options

Program source: You can select an existing program from your admin dashboard or choose one created on an external platform.
Edit individual programs: Click Edit on any program to customize button text (for example, change Register to Sign Up Now) or add program-specific notes.


Reorder programs: Drag and drop programs within the container to arrange them in your preferred order.

4. Finalize and save

Before publishing, review your page carefully.
  1. Confirm that program details, notes, and button labels are correct.
  2. Choose Draft to save without publishing or Publish to make the page visible to families.
