How to set your timezone?
Overview
Your Jumbula time zone setting controls how program schedules, reminders, and check-in times appear in:
- Jumbula admin dashboard
- My Jumbula (Family) app
- Jumbula for Business app
If the wrong time zone is selected, your sessions may appear at the wrong time for families and staff. This can be confused with registration, reminders, and attendance.
Before you begin
✅ Requires Admin role
✅ Setup is done in the NG (Next Generation) Admin dashboard.
Note: In old Admin Dashboard, you can set the timezone in Settings > General
Instructions
Step 1 — Open settings
Go to the NG dashboard > Settings > Organization settings > Timezone
Step 2 — Select the correct time zone
In the Time zone dropdown, scroll and select your region.
If your organization is in Arizona, choose US Mountain Standard Time, not Mountain Standard Time. Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time, and choosing the wrong option will cause times to display incorrectly.

Step 3 — Save Changes
Click on the check icon to save changes. Then, refresh your dashboard to ensure the new time zone is applied.
Note: Updates take effect immediately for all published sessions. Families will see the corrected times in their portals and apps.
