The new Family Dashboard
Overview
The new family dashboard centralizes activity oversight into one single, high-visibility landing page. The new interface is designed to provide immediate clarity by surfacing important information across tabs. The top-right menu provides icons to access different tabs:
Home
On the left side of the Home tab, you’ll see any pending tasks, such as enrollments or payments. The left sidebar gives you a quick snapshot of your day, showing the status of follow-up forms and pending waivers. On the right side, participant schedules, waitlists, and active enrollments are displayed.
Schedule
Under Home, this section displays all upcoming activities for each family member. To narrow your view, click the Participants filter and select an individual to see their specific schedule.
Calendar
Under Home, you can view your participants’ schedules and upcoming activities in the calendar view. Click the Calendar button to switch to this view.
Waitlist
This section under Home shows all the waitlists you’ve applied to, their current status, the activity start date, and the participant's name. It helps you keep track of waitlisted activities so you can enroll as soon as a spot becomes available.
Active enrollments
Here you can see your active enrollments for all your family members, along with their status right under the Home tab.
Calendar
Here, you can view all your activities and schedules in a convenient calendar layout. This view lets you quickly see upcoming sessions, important dates, and overlapping events at a glance, making it easier to plan and stay organized.
Family
The Family page provides an overview of your family members—including parents, authorized pickups, and participants—and lets you add or edit profiles as needed. You can also view and update your insurance information from this page. You can also get authorization codes for each parent.
Payment
The Payment page gives you access to all your payment details in one place. Parents can view a summary of the following:
- View and manage payment methods (including adding new ones)
- Review invoices
- Check pending installments
- View available family credit.
- Payment History
- Reports
School
The School icon takes you to the school home page, where you can see and register for activities.
