Duplicate enrollments

Duplicate enrollments

Overview

Sometimes users by mistake register for the same program more than once or they might register for a program that has conflicting schedules with another program. We now have a new feature called Duplicate Enrollments which provides a solution for these scenarios.

Where do I find this feature?

Step 1: Log in to your Jumbula Admin Dashboard

Step 2: Click on Settings --> Policies --> Duplicate Enrollments

About this feature

Duplicate-enrollments

This feature will allow you to set duplicate enrollment policies to prevent users from registering to the same program twice or registering for programs with conflicting schedules. You have the option to set these policies for Classes, Camps and Before/After Care programs.

Warning at the checkout cart

Cart-duplicate-enrollment

If a user attempts to register and a duplicate enrollment is detected, the system will provide a warning label at the checkout cart.
