How can I instruct families to upload a document during the registration?
We added a new option to the registration forms that allows families to upload a document when they register online.
Follow the instructions below
While setting up a program on Forms step:
- Click the Manage registration forms button
- Click the Edit the loaded form button
- Click the plus (+) icon of the section that you want to add the question to
- From the pop-up window select the File Upload option
- Add your question or request in the Question field
- Check the other settings and click Save
