We added a new option to the registration forms that allows families to upload a document when they register online.

Follow the instructions below

While setting up a program on Forms step:

• Click the Manage registration forms button

• Click the Edit the loaded form button
• Click the plus (+) icon of the section that you want to add the question to

• From the pop-up window select the File Upload option
• Add your question or request in the Question field
• Check the other settings and click Save
