Multi-class registration

How to set up multi-class registrations?

Overview

When setting up your Jumbula homesite, you can choose to post your programs individually for single registrations or use multi-class registrations, which allow participants to enroll for multiple classes in a season at once. You may also combine both options, depending on what best fits your organization’s needs.

Who is involved

  1. Admins: Set up the classes in single or multiple registration
  1. Purchasers (Customers): Register for single or multiple registrations

Before you begin

Requires admin-level access or other role with permission.

✅ Setup is done in the Classic Admin dashboard.
NotesFor more information about roles and their access, visit How to manage staff and permissions?

Instructions

Go to Classic admin dashboard > Seasons > Preferred season > Setup > Multi-class registration.

Step 1 - Program information

On this page, you can modify your program's settings, and the changes will take effect for the entire season. For example, you can set the Lottery mode, Early Bird discount, Late registration, and more.

Step 2  Form and waivers

Here, you can select your registration form and complete the necessary waivers. If no custom registration form is available, the system will automatically apply the default registration form to all programs. Additionally, you can select all waivers that users must agree to before completing their registration.

Step 3  Payment plans

Select all payment plans you wish to offer to users.
Notes
Note: Only payment plans that have been defined for all programs will appear in this list.

Step 4 — Additional options

Here are a few additional options you can use to enhance user's experience.

Step 5 – Jumbula homesite

After setting up your programs and multi-class registration, you can proceed to configure your Jumbula homesite.
To begin, go to Settings > Jumbula Homesite > Edit Page. This will open your homesite editor, where you’ll see the page layout on the right and a toolbox on the left. The toolbox contains different elements you can drag and drop to build or update your page.

To enable multi-class registration from your homesite, drag the Multi Registration Button from the toolbox and drop it onto your page. Once the button is placed, use the properties panel to select the season you want it to link to and customize the button’s appearance and text. This allows families to easily start a multi-class registration directly from your homesite. Click on Save when done.

Click on PUBLISH to save and publish the changes you made, or DRAFT to save your changes in draft mode.
