How to do track attendance?
Overview
The Attendance feature allows admins and authorized staff to record and review participant attendance for programs and activities. Attendance data is saved for reporting, compliance, and operational tracking.
Who is involved
The following roles can view and manage attendance:
- Admins
- Instructors
- Managers
- Contributors

How to Take Attendance:
- Go to Admin Dashboard > Seasons
- Select the desired season > Programs and Enrollments > Actions (⋯) menu > Take attendance.
- Select the session from the list
- Hover over the session’s Actions >Take attendance.
- The participant list shows all enrolled participants. For each participant, select an attendance status:
- Present: Participant attended the session.
- Late: The participant arrived after the session started.
- Absent: The participant did not attend the session.
- Excused absence: Absence is approved or justified.
After recording attendance and notes, click Submit to save your changes.
